The biggest secret we鈥檝e discovered is that fresh, whole ingredients truly do stand out. For example, we know that most salsas today start with canned tomatoes, not fresh, but we found that they just don鈥檛 have enough flavor. They require too many additives and lose the fresh, hearty taste that real tomatoes are supposed to have. That鈥檚 why we use only fresh tomatoes, never canned, grown right here in Northwest Ohio. We carry this same philosophy into every part of the 黑料社区 recipe.
